Fundamental Psychology aims to understand your experience in order to assist you in learning better ways to balance your self-care, relationships, home and work life. You don’t have to have a mental health diagnosis to benefit from therapy. Therapy can be an effective tool to help anyone manage stressful situations and changes that are causing barriers to living your life authentically. Fundamental Psychology offers a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Action Commitment Therapy, Family Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy.
